Repair and Restoration Most commercial and non-commercial playsets should be restained or repainted every 2-3 years. This process involves inspecting the entire playset for broken and rotted wood. These damaged areas are safety concerns and we can repair them prior to resurfacing. We then remove all attached accessories, handles and rock wall holds to prevent damage to them and aid in the resurfacing process. Next we pre-prep the surface of the playset by power washing the dirt, grime, stain and paint away. Once the playset dries we then paint or stain the cleaned play set and install all equipment we previously removed. We can also rehab any playset and play ground system for commercial and personal use. Most playsets are built with the boards too close together which does not allow them to dry out quickly. After years outside in the elements the wood starts deteriorating. This leads to rotted wood and broken boards. Weak rotted wood is a big safety concern and should be addressed immediately. Repairs to slides, canopies, climbing walls, roofs and swings is common and one we help owners with often. Trust in us with any repair you may need.
